Reserved Storage (Annual)

Secure a fixed number of boxes on a 12-month partner contract. Assign boxes to end-clients as needed; each occupant completes standard KYC. Priority scheduling and dedicated account support included.

On-Demand Storage (Short-Term Bundles)

Pre-purchase bundles (e.g., 3- or 6-month cells) for transactions with defined timelines. Activate the box when the deal starts; release it when it closes.

Referral Option

Don’t need storage? Refer clients and earn commissions on first-term rentals while we handle onboarding and support.

Fortsafe maintains vault insurance with Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd. The storage facility is protected against force-majeure events, attacks, robbery and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Referral: commission on first term rentals.

The boxes have a standard length (25 cm) and depth (43 cm). Different heights are available to help you find the optimal dimensions for your needs. To make your choice even easier, you can view samples at the reception before signing the agreement.

The service price is based on two parameters: the length of the contract and the size of the safe deposit box. We offer convenient terms: the longer you rent, the less you pay. We also have a referral program. You can find its details in the Promotions section.

Compliance & Onboarding

  • KYB/KYC: partner agreement plus identity verification for each end user.

  • Permitted contents: valuables and documents (e.g., cash, jewellery, artworks, antiques, securities, ingots).

  • Prohibited items: foodstuffs, narcotics, firearms or melee weapons, pepper-spray guns, flammable and toxic substances.

  • Access control: only persons named in the contract may enter the deposit area; additional authorised visitors require a notarised power of attorney and contract update.

  • Privacy: services are confidential; completely anonymous service is prohibited by law.

  • Records: issue/return documents, access timestamps and occupancy status for your audit trail.

Located in the Beon Active Offices, Paphos.
Visits are by appointment during business hours (Mon–Fri 09:30–17:30).
Visits outside working hours can be arranged separately with the administrator as a paid service.

Can I allocate boxes to different clients over time?

Yes. Reserved Capacity lets you reassign boxes per case; each new occupant completes KYC.

Do clients need to share a key or card?

No. Only persons named in the contract are permitted. If you authorise someone else, provide a notarised power of attorney and we’ll update the contract.

How quickly can we start?

Onboarding begins once KYB/KYC is complete and a partner plan is active. Appointments are scheduled for your convenience.

Do you collect biometric data?

No. Access uses smart cards and passwords with two-factor verification.

What is the minimum term?

Short-term options are available via On-Demand Storage. Private rental terms are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.

What support do you offer?

Replacement of a lost smart card or key (by appointment, surcharge applies). A private room with a banknote counter and authenticity device is available if needed.
